I have been fascinated with attachment theory for many years. The idea that every human being has fundamental attachment needs for survival and how the lack of a safe attachment logically generates anxiety strikes me as essential to my understanding of relationships and psychology.

I also like that ACFC aims to serve the community and provides a deep sliding scale so people with lower resources can benefit from therapy. I love the comradery and support that all the therapists at ACFC provide to each other.

I am passionate about improving relationships, serving under-served populations, and providing quality services in Spanish. I also have special training in EMDR trauma therapy and mindfulness. There is too much divorce and relationship discord in this world.

Clearly, schools should be teaching about parenting and relationships, before algebra and plant science. This is where I come in. At ACFC I have the privilege of working with top EFT practitioners, and an amazing team of colleagues who work closely together to support each other personally and professionally.

I went through my own intense, yet empowering personal journey of healing; it was one of the most amazing and spiritual experiences of my life. There is nothing I would rather do with my life than guide people in their own journey of self-exploration and healing.
